Goal: To understand how PC CARES changes community actions and beliefs over time.

General information about the monthly surveys:
You will receive $20 for each of the 5 surveys you take, $50 for the 1-Month Follow-Up Survey, and $50 for the 6-Month Follow-up Survey. You can earn a $50 bonus for completing all surveys! That’s a total of $250 over the course of a year. The bonus will be paid after the 6-Month Follow-up Survey closes on 9/28/27.
